शुरू करने से पहले

• A "camera account" created in the Tapo app (Advanced Settings → Camera Account): username and password DISTINCT from your Tapo account.
• On recent firmware, the "Third-Party Compatibility" option enabled in advanced settings.
• The camera and Noviscan on the same local network.

चरण

1. Note the camera's local IP address (Tapo app, or your router's DHCP table).
2. In Noviscan's Sources screen, search for "Tapo C200" and select the model: the form is pre-filled (port 554, path /stream1).
3. Enter the IP address, then the CAMERA ACCOUNT username and password.
4. Keep /stream1 for the 1080p stream; /stream2 is lower resolution and lighter to analyse.
5. Save: the source tests the connection and reports any credential or path error straight away.

समस्या होने पर

• Authentication refused: check you are using the CAMERA account, not your Tapo account login.
• Stream stopped working after an update: reopen the Tapo app and check "Third-Party Compatibility" is still enabled (firmware updates have reset it before).
• Connection accepted but no image: try /stream2.
