Einrichtungsanleitung
Ezviz Cloud account (multiple cameras)
A single Ezviz account covers all your cameras. Enter the camera serial and the verification key (printed on the camera), then authenticate the source (code received by e-mail/SMS).
Inbetriebnahme
So richten Sie sie ein
Bevor Sie beginnen
- An Ezviz account (the one from the mobile app) with the camera already paired.
- The camera SERIAL NUMBER: printed on the device label, also visible in the Ezviz app (device settings).
- The VERIFICATION KEY, also printed on the camera: this is the clip decryption key, DISTINCT from the account password.
- Your Ezviz API region (e.g. apiieu.ezvizlife.com for Europe).
- The account password, placed in an ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE: it is used once, to mint the session token, and is never stored in clear.
Schritte
- In Noviscan's Sources screen, search for "Ezviz" and select the cloud account.
- Enter the serial number, the channel (1 unless a multi-sensor camera), the region, and the account username.
- Give the names of the environment variables holding the account password and the verification key.
- Save, then start the source authentication: Ezviz sends a verification code by e-mail or SMS.
- Enter that code. The session token is then stored; later cycles reuse it without asking for the password again.
Bei Problemen
- Clips downloaded but unreadable: the verification key is wrong. It is the key printed on the camera, not the account password.
- No code received: check the e-mail address / number tied to the Ezviz account, and the spam folder.
- Region error: a wrong API region fails authentication before any download — check the one your account uses.
