Cinnado D1

Before you start

• The camera paired once in the "Wansview Cloud" app (AJCloud platform): initial pairing goes through the app, there is no out-of-app configuration screen.
• The LOCAL stream enabled in the app if your firmware offers the option — do not rely on the AJCloud cloud alone.
• The camera's local IP address, ideally reserved on your router.
• The local RTSP stream credentials (often distinct from the Wansview Cloud account) — check the app or the label under the camera.

Steps

1. In Noviscan's Sources screen, search for "Cinnado" or "D1": the form is pre-filled with the community path /live/ch0 and port 554 — this path is NOT officially confirmed, verify it on your unit.
2. Enter the camera's local IP address.
3. Test with the local RTSP stream credentials.
4. If /live/ch0 fails, try variants seen on other AJCloud/Wansview cameras (e.g. /live/ch00_0), or ONVIF discovery if your unit exposes it.
5. Save: the source tests the connection.

If something goes wrong

• Connection refused: check that the local/RTSP stream is enabled in the Wansview Cloud app — several AJCloud firmwares disable it by default.
• Path refused: /live/ch0 is a community-sourced path (ispyconnect), not official Cinnado documentation — try a variant or ONVIF discovery.
• Never use the AJCloud cloud stream for this camera: documented, uncorrected vulnerabilities (see this entry's warning) expose credentials cloud-side — stay on the local stream, on a trusted network.
• Camera not visible on the local network: these cameras pair first over WiFi via a QR code in the app; without that initial pairing there is no usable local IP.
